Tweensy
Tweensy is yet another tweening engine to use in your projects but comes pre-packaged with a handful of animation filters - like directional blur, liquid threshold, fire, buldge/skew, particle emitters, etc. Most of them are a little too "Render Clouds" if you know what I mean but there is serious promise within.
