Bop-A-Boo: A Joke, right?

Bopaboo
I was browsing through MBV yesterday and this article regarding "reselling music mp3s" caught my eye. The article basically talks about how this new service, bopaboo is set to be the first "reseller" of digital music - meaning, you upload your DRM free mp3's and can sell them at whatever price you'd like. The practice falls under "first-sale law" that also allows consumers to sell CD's and such. But this has got to be a joke, right? The fact that CNET covered this gives it an air of legitimacy but I'm having a really hard time believing that this is someone's attempt at a legal business. How can you resell something that infinite copies can exist of? Not to mention the fact that your original copy still exists in your possession?

It's all quite interesting but I'm seriously skeptical that it's even real as it seems like such an absurd idea.
