The personal site of Noah Stokes is an exercise in restraint. He could have used the <blink> tag more than once, but he didn't. The same goes for the <marquee> tag. My favorite part? The addendum about the Guestbook:
I had to shut down the Guestbook, peeps were putting links to who-who's and ta-tas. Jesus knows who put those there, punk.
