The Features Lake Fever Session

The full fledged Lake Fever Session has launched for The Features. To be brief about it the session features three songs from their album Some Kind of Salvation; recently re-released on Kings of Leon new imprint label 429 Records. It is an album that anyone who claims to like Rock music should own. Not joking. I think it's also worth noting that I've been listening to this band since high school - roughly twelve years ago. They've grown in leaps and bounds through that time and had their fair share of trials and tribulations (lineup changes, getting dropped by a major label, recording albums that never saw the light of day, etc) but have somehow maintained a level of greatness unlike any other band that I've encountered - local or not. I know that sounds like an enormously tall order for a band but it's true in this case.

The Features are a band that every single person I know hopes will reach levels of success beyond their wildest dreams. I can't think of a band more deserving of it. Please go watch their session and then pick up their album; you will find it in constant rotation - I promise.
