Arther Magazine Interviews Godsmack - while that is not something I would typically recommend reading I have to say, you must read this. "Arthur" magazine asks frontman Sully Erna about his thoughts on licensing his music for use in military commercials and proceeds to make himself into a bit of an idiot. Basically he paints himself into a corner by explaining that he doesn't pay much attention to what is going on politically but is still okay with helping to promote signing up for the military which basically sends his target demographic to their graves. It's rather sad what one will do for the allure of the almighty dollar. Not that I entirely disapprove of licensing your music for use in a military commercial but, at the very least, be aware of what's going on in the world before you do it.
