LOMO Photoshop Script

Often have I searched for a digital camera that could somehow recreate the beauty of the LOMO camera without any post-processing. This is a pipe dream that isn't going to come true any time soon but I have managed to run across two techniques that seem to fit the bill without much effort. First is this tutorial - a simple step by step process that will boost the contrast, saturation, and add a simple vignette to your pics.

The second technique is much more automated and can be found here. It's a Javascript for Photoshop (which I did not even know existed) that takes your image through a system of actions to create the LOMO style effect.

I'd love to see the steps of the first technique implemented with the automation of the second - as the output on the second can be a bit much at times. Both are worth trying out if you, like me, hope to have vivid off-the-cuff LOMO style photos from your digital images.
