I haven't seen the latest from David Lynch, nor do I plan to, but his answer to this question regarding product placement in films is absolutely perfect (and NSFW if you've got speakers). It's great to hear from a director that is so absolute and steadfast in his belief in film as an art form, not just another means of channeling consumerism.
