It's been a long week, you deserve a load of
videos to watch. Be sure to check the bottom for some non-Youtube bonus content.
- Cool Cat playing the keys - I can watch this on repeat. I don't care how played out cat memes get, this is just a good time.
- Woman Terrified of Cotton Balls - the cotton ball mummy is absolutely insane but apparently Maury Povich loves this theme of scaring the crap out of people with absurd phobias.
- Little Wings by Mark Gormley - it's like a Tim & Eric sketch come to real life.
- Flirting with Magic - I have said it before but it bears repeating - there are no two things that mix worse than sex and magic. Unless it's this.
- Wonderwall by Microsoft Songsmith - if you aren't familiar with the waste of time that is Songsmith, get familiar and rewatch this. Apparently Casio demo loops can now be matched to vocals via Microsoft technology.
- Liz Taylor. - never ask Liz Taylor if she's recently been married.
- Mr. G Bloopers - now that I have a Summer Heights High deficit in my life I must make due with bloopers.
- IT Crowd Season 1 Bloopers - it is material like this that I will miss when the DVD goes the way of the Dodo. Update: Embedding was disabled for whatever reason, so you just have to watch it here.

Friday Videos - August 1st, 2008
Daniel points out that
this video is a way more impressive "blob" - and I agree, the results are mindblowing. You should watch it too.
I also really wanted to post about
this waterproofing technology but it's quite as "entertaining" as a usual Friday video. Regardless, you should watch an be totally amazed.

Batman vs Batman
After watching the
Batman vs The Dark Knight trailer comparison I am convinced of one of two scenarios:
- The Dark Knight trailer was intentionally cut to resemble the original 1989 trailer.
- The Batman footage was actually not really ever a trailer and is just a clever recutting of clips from the movie to match the new trailer.
I'm pretty sure Option 2 is the legitimate one but since searching YouTube just turns up incredibly awkward "fan trailers" like
this one it's tough to say with 100% certainty.
Best part about all this? Finding the trailer for
Super Mario Nazi Batman and being totally stunned to its existence.

- Moustache Me - a very simple (and effective) way of adding a moustache to your favorite street advertisement. The idea is fairly amusing but I wouldn't actually buy a vinyl moustache for such means.
- Celebrities Without Necks - the title says it all.
- This Ain't No Disco - a blog / gallery of inspiring work spaces. I like how simple the gallery interface is and I love lots of what I am seeing in these work areas. Turns out, you can never have too many bookcases.
- La Blogotheque - sorta forgot about this site for a minute and it just dawned on me that I need to be snagging some of these videos for the collection. I mean, why not?
- MOVAVI Online Video Convert - nice interface but doesn't seem to be working as well as trusty ole Zamzar.
- The Day After Valentines - Jokewood. That is all.*

Friday Videos Holiday Spectacular - Dec 7th, 2007
The top two videos are full episodes and 110% worth watching. I realize not everyone has a spare 45 minutes lying around but please take time to watch them both at some point during the weekend. The GUBA video player controls are insane non-intuitive but it's the only place I could find the full episode.. turns out if you right-click the video you can play / pause at your leisure.
The Tyson clip is very NSFW but you have to see all the clips together.
The Vader Redux is a hilarious concept but
waay too long. Do yourself a favor and stop watching it after about 30 - 40 seconds, you'll have the taste you need.
