stentoria. Be sure to scroll to the bottom, the styles change up a bit.. so there's some variety if you're interested.

The name says
Absence of Design but there is some goodness going on for sure. I think the apparel is the most enjoyable but the pen style is rather nice as well.

So is my web browser being weird or does the new
Banksy site not really go anywhere? It seems to stop at the "enter" screen. Anyone else having this problem?

View the work of
Scott Tratner. Definetly used to work for
Fullerene (who also have some new sites up). Good stuff in his portfolio .. I love the Colette shirts and the DIY Television Network layouts.

Interesting
use of technology to catch graffiti artists. I can't say I'm too worried about it, as Tennesse isn't exactly a technological hub but it does make me wonder why graffiti is so looked down upon. I mean, people got so annoyed with skateboarding that they decided to build skateparks instead of having public property "destroyed." Seems like the same situation, except there's not much money in having an official graffiti spot across the city. Link via

Lots of illustrated goods (and thus, a bunch of links to illustrators sites) over at
A Get Together To Tear It Apart. Oh, and
Arlo, there's some super hot page turning action involved.

I wish I had some intriguing quote to share about Valentines Day (
like Jonathan) but really I got nothing. Supposedly today was history a day to find a special someone, not just celebrate that you already have one. It's become a nice big greeting card and chocolate fiesta for those fortunate enough to be with someone. For those without, it's just a nice reminder that they are.. in fact.. without. Can anyone tell I'm bitter?

I have much work to get done today. So I'll compile a quick list of goods to view and post a few things throughout the day - but mostly I'll be getting my work done:
· Today's image there on the left is more appropriately viewed
here, though it's just a big fake either way.
· Here's some
trendy Illustrator brushwork for ya.
· Today is supposedly the
big day for me. I can't imagine a life without smokes.. I'm guessing it's mostly boring. We'll see what happens (why is there a gorilla on that site?).
· The
Forget Cassettes record is available for pre-ordering. You'd be doing yourself an injustice if you didn't order it.
·
Flash Guru has some super rad MX scripts - like
this guy that lets you use your scroll wheel in an MX textbox.
Alright, that's all for now...

Interesting combination of a very "tech" style with girlie (seriously, it's girls), organic, analog drawings at
Flawed.

While I'm not a huge fan of the song, the new Red Hot Chili Peppers video for "Can't Stop" is pretty amusing. Check it out

The Dell spokesman getting arrested for pot possession really isn't a huge deal to me - kind of funny, kind of not really shocking, definetly overhyped (honestly, you kind of knew all along). What really cracks me up is this statement from the police: "He was wearing a navy blue plaid kilt, a tuxedo jacket, beige knee-length socks and black shoes." Being the spokesman for Dell doesn't seem to do alot for one's sanity or ability to dress "not crazy".

Nice newspaper style layout at
Zilmer. They are currently featuring Marines.com, and have a link to
Buzzard and myself - definetly good things. There are 4 simultaneous logs running on the site regarding Interface, Fonts, Icons, and Various Artists. Definetly a quality portal with a nice design.

Check out some of the
sample shots from the new Kodak 14 Megapixel Digital Camera. Available sometime this month, the
DCS Pro 14n definetly ranks in under "snutty."
