and feel compelled to do the same again here. That being said, I am hesitant to praise something too heavily for fear that expectations will alter
ability to go in without judgement.
So, with that out of the way. I can easily say that if I did have a Best Of list for this year
Debris would be on it. I listen to it a good ten times a week and I still can't quite eloquently express
why. The songwriting feels both storyteller-y and personally intimate. There's pop songs, melancholy songs, funny songs and bizarre dreamscape explorations. It always feel good to listen to a band that has obviously found their way into their element. The songs are fully realized and executed in a way that feels like the band's been comfortable with them for years.
In short, it is a truly great record. I implore you to
spend some time with it.

just those lovely Will Bryant patterns?
