Only five but they're
all pretty amusing.
That's it! Have a great weekend.

There are some real gems in here this week.. enjoy the
videos.
- I Just Love 30 Rock - woah! What? I've no idea what's happening here but there's a lot more if you're curious.
- Snakes on a Plane TV Edit - I gotta hand it to the editors for coming up with such a ridiculous alternative to the original line.
- Hensons 11 - Oceans 11 as done by Muppets and it works surprisingly well.
- Slow Loris Loves Getting Tickled - this video is undeniable. I keep rewatching it and it keeps making my day improve exponentially. Via Jeremy.
- Dating on Demand: Trenita - stick with this one. She obviously gets more comfortable as the process goes on and starts sharing some fantastic insight into herself. Via JB.
- Baby Preacher - only watch 15 seconds of this for the best impact.
- Insane Scrabble Ad - there is nothing about this ad (or the others in the series) that makes me think of Scrabble but the animation style is fantastic.
- Wilford Brimley - The Beetis - I'm sure this is old hat for most of the Internet but it's new to me and entertains me quite a bit.
Have a great weekend.

You know the deal. Playlist
here, embed above and individual vids below.
- Steve Brule: Season 3 - as much flak as I give the Tim & Eric show, I never fail to enjoy a good Steve Brule compilation.
- Depeche Mode - Wrong: video from their forthcoming album Sounds of the Universe. The song itself isn't too shabby but the video reminds me of Rabbit in your Headlights for obvious reasons.
- Superhuman Body Suit - if you are not familiar with the Troy Hurtubise Bear Attack Suit, watch that first.. then you'll get an idea for the context of this military themed Iron Man-esque suit he's developed. Ridiculous.
- Interview Fail - I had this earmarked for last week and failed to share it for some reason. It's probably old news now but it's worth seeing if you have not already.
- Curtis Leaves Home - I posted this to Twitter last Friday as a "Bonus Video" but, man oh man, it's the gift that keeps on giving. I suggest rewatching it because it's not getting old anytime soon.
- IT Crowd Commentary - there are a bunch of clips up on the new IT Crowd Channel with commentary from writer Graham Linehan... nice treat.
Not the most obscure / obtuse set of videos this week but hopefully they'll lead you down a link path of pure Friday work distractions.

It's Friday! `Tis tradition to shirk your job and watch
these videos.
Have a great weekend.

For some reason I encountered a variety of weird commercials this week but none of them top the greatness of
Manatee Squash - I am forever indebted to
Davis for that.
As usual, watch them in the player above,
here or individually below.
- Russian Ads from 80's - three commercials that are unsurprisingly weird and alarmingly long. The suit sales is my favorite of the bunch. Via Justin.
- David Lynch's "A Goofy Movie" - this is dead on. If David Lynch re-editing the Goofy movie I have no doubt in my mind that it would turn out just like this.
- URO Club - Seriously? I hope this idea takes off and mutates into other forms. Via Casey or Chad, I'm not sure which.
- Dent May - "Howard" - not a funny video per se (kitschy, yes) but a quality song from an artist that continues to grow on me each time I listen to his work.
- Japanese Banana Commercial - no matter what evidence you may think you have otherwise, Japan wins, hands-down, for most nonsensical commercials.
- Manatee Squash - yes x1000.

You know the deal, watch them above,
here or individually below.
- Before... And After... - via Honor Student. This could go on forever.
- BBQ'r - short, sweet and inappropriate. Zach would also like you to see this.. I just couldn't bring myself to include it in the main player.
- Kill Bill 1 & 2 Sweded - one minute, one take, both movies. Pretty amusing.
- Yea Big + Kid Static - BOTS - new song from the forthcoming The Futures Looking Grim (April 1st). The Mega-Man references hooked me but the cardboard robot suits kept me around.
- Star Trek: The Sexed Generation - this is entirely too long for what it is but if you stick with it, it's a rewarding ebb and flow of innuendo and unintentional base level sex jokes.
- Iron Man vs Bruce Lee - the subject matter is as dorky as can be but the animation is insane. The fact that someone actually did this with stop motion should be impressive to anyone. He has a bunch more if you're interested, and you should be. Via Joey.
That does it. Maybe not the strongest Friday Video set but I'm rusty. Have a great weekend!

I'm headed out to
SXSW a bit earlier than years past.. tonight in fact. I'll be back on Sunday, March 22nd and will resume posting at that time. For those not attending this means no Friday videos (unless I can somehow find a moment of downtime to take care of that) but somehow I think everyone will survive. In my absence, here are some links to keep you busy:
Alright, that's all I got. Enjoy the week and let me know in the comments of any must see Internet happenings that I just may be missing out on.

Happy Friday the 13th! I've got some
bonus videos that aren't on YouTube that need to be watched, they're listed first. Please to be enjoyed:
- Daily Show with Jim Cramer - unedited interview. If you haven't been keeping up with this saga, you're missing out. Interesting to see Comedy Central consistently do legit news reporting against the other networks.
- Bat Fight - Will Ferrell singing about a bat fight has to be amusing, right?
Alright, here are the regular
vids:
Have a great weekend.

It's Friday. Time to relax and neglect your job once again. I think these videos will not only provide said needed entertainment but could easily lead you down a path of YouTube browsing that could, quite possibly, take up your entire day.
That's it! Have a great weekend!

This week I'm making a real effort to start including videos at the end of the week that aren't exclusively absurd. Don't get me wrong, these are all intended to be entertaining but I think we could all stand for quality over quantity.
- John Tesh NBA Theme - the answering machine message at the beginning is great; as is the fact that the song is actually really long.
- Obama's Elf - stupid but one of those Must See videos. You will get an email forward with this in it sometime in the next 2 weeks.
- White Denim - Shake Shake Shake - quality video from a quality band. This one fits their aesthetic quite well.. I love that it's pretty nonsensical but engaging the whole time.
- Sony Releases Stupid Piece of.... - it goes without saying this is riddled with profanity, so be warned. However, it's the profanity that makes it oh so good. The billboard for the product is the best part.
- Conan on Charlie Rose - yea, it's an hour long but it's worth it.
- Josh Fenderman - I've been encoding my Mr. Show DVD's recently and it's still a hilarious show. The Fenderman Dance never gets old.
Have a great weekend!

Busy week this week, not the strongest "Friday Videos" entry but there are gems to be enjoyed. Watch them all
here, in the embed above, or individually below.
- Egyptian Lover - Freak-A-Holic - this really speaks for itself but I actually genuinely enjoy the music, no joke.
- Alex Jones - The Obama Deception - oh, Alex Jones will you never be happy? I thought after the Bush administration he'd have less to find conspiracy theories with but turns out if you're really looking for conspiracy theories, you will find them.
- Ricky Gervais - Favourite Leaflet - some NSFW language / concepts but Gervais standup is great.. enjoy.
- Hurt via Songsmith - yea, the absurdity of Microsoft's Songsmith has fallen by the wayside but what it's done to Johnny Cash's version of "Hurt" is incomprehensible.
- Tairy Greene's Acting Seminar for Children - Zach Galifinakas screaming ranks right below Bob Odenkirk screaming in terms of my favorite things to hear. It's an easy gag but it's rewarding in its own way.
Have a great weekend - it's Friday the 13th followed by Valentines Day. A strange combo for sure.

I've got a busy day today so not as many posts as usually but the videos.. lemme tell ya, they're good. If the first three don't make your day I'm outta ideas. Watch them above,
here or individually below:
- The Video Guide To Successful Seduction - there's some inappropriate touching at the end but let's be honest, the whole thing is pretty creepy and weird. The Detroit guys are pure perfection. Via Chad.
- Stains The Dog - this, to me, is every bit as amusing and classic as the Dramatic Chipmunk was before it was run into the ground. I suspect Stains will receive the same fate.
- Forever Leather + Hillary Clinton - I can't tell if this is an infomercial or a local access talk show.. it's insanely long and stream of conciousness but I appreciate it for it. Via Justin.
- David After Dentist - if you didn't see this already this week you're in for a treat. Seven Year Olds and heavy medication are a great combination - as this kid proves over and over and over again.
- Michael Bay makes me sick! - well, not really but you can't say he doesn't have a signature "Style."
- 90210 Nightmare - probably a bit too easy of a target but I think the re-edit is amusing and pretty entertaining.
Have a great weekend!

Super busy this week so I didn't have a chance to compile / encounter that many amusing videos. Apologies for that but the four included should treat you well.
If that's not enough for you - please watch
this and/or
this.
Have a great weekend.

It was a short week, which means your distraction level is already at an all time high. Please allow me to
assist you further in that regard:
- The Meaning of Words - I'd venture to say this commentator really doesn't know what she's saying.. at least I hope not.
- Trapped Chewbacca - one mans nightstand sounds exactly like Chewbacca. I hope this is where the original sound inspiration came from.
- Pistol Youth - In My Eyes - better viewed in high quality but you get the gist either way.. a one-trick pony that never seems to run out of steam.
- Neverending Story should End - the absolute best evidence that sequels can be a terrible idea.
- Her Morning Elegance - I don't care for the song one bit but the concept and execution of the stop motion is great. via Blake.
- Jim and Derrick Show - there's a Part 2 as well. While I still claim that the Tim and Eric show is more aggravating than actually funny I must give them credit for this.. absolutely great. Via Ryan.
Have a great weekend!!

It's been a long week, you deserve a load of
videos to watch. Be sure to check the bottom for some non-Youtube bonus content.
- Cool Cat playing the keys - I can watch this on repeat. I don't care how played out cat memes get, this is just a good time.
- Woman Terrified of Cotton Balls - the cotton ball mummy is absolutely insane but apparently Maury Povich loves this theme of scaring the crap out of people with absurd phobias.
- Little Wings by Mark Gormley - it's like a Tim & Eric sketch come to real life.
- Flirting with Magic - I have said it before but it bears repeating - there are no two things that mix worse than sex and magic. Unless it's this.
- Wonderwall by Microsoft Songsmith - if you aren't familiar with the waste of time that is Songsmith, get familiar and rewatch this. Apparently Casio demo loops can now be matched to vocals via Microsoft technology.
- Liz Taylor. - never ask Liz Taylor if she's recently been married.
- Mr. G Bloopers - now that I have a Summer Heights High deficit in my life I must make due with bloopers.
- IT Crowd Season 1 Bloopers - it is material like this that I will miss when the DVD goes the way of the Dodo. Update: Embedding was disabled for whatever reason, so you just have to watch it here.
Still not enough video content for ya? How about some fairly NSFW content? Try out the short film
Trick or
Ask Scott Ratler or
Lethal Frisbee. That should take care of things.
Have a great weekend!

all or individually.

Welcome to 2009, watch the entire playlist
here or individually below.
- Wii Christmas Freakout - it's the updated version of the Nintendo 64 freakout; though not quite as intense.
- Elephants Love Snow - not often do you see Elephants in the snow but apparently they enjoy it.
- We Like Sportz - typically I am not down with creating a sequel that doesn't need a sequel (in this case, Just 2 Guyz) but Lonely Island manages not to run the joke completely into the ground.. still entertaining.
- Soccer Fashion - this is just bizarre. TV like this could never exist today and certainly not in the US.
- Happy New Year - this is the sort of thing that happens when you get time off work and have lots of spare time.
Welcome to 2009! Enjoy the videos and regular posting will resume on Monday.

As usual, watch them above,
here or individually below.
- The Christmas Tree - yes, this is old but it's still hilarious and should be a classic every year.
- Ringo Remembers - even Ringo doesn't like that McCartney Christmas song.
- Firehouse 5 + 2 - these guys are endlessly entertaining, insanely talented and perfect for the Holiday season.
- Jonzun Crew - not Christmas related at all but consider it a gift. It's like Daft Punk and Mad Max blended together in a perfect fusion of early 80's hip-hop.
- Tumbling Mishap - i like the crowd scream in anticipation almost more than the mishap itself.
- Flaming Lips White Christmas - maybe not the worlds most stellar performance but it's the thought that counts.
- Muppet Family Christmas - nothing is more uplifting and feel good than a room full of Muppets. I really loved this clip in particular but the audio bugged out about 1:10 in.. quite unfortunate.
And that's it! The final Friday video set for the year and certainly one of the final yewknee posts of the year. I may be back with a few posts during the break but I'm looking forward to some downtime.
Merry Christmas to everyone. Happy Holidays. Happy New Year. Have a great one!
