Great article over at AGBeat covering 60 Genius Brands to watch in 2012. I can't really vouch for how genius a lot of them are but the names I recognize are certainly worthy of praise. The most surprising part of the list is just how many of the undertakings are Real Estate related. ApartmentList, Better Homes, Brookfield, CheckYourLandlord, ClearHouse, Diggsy and the list goes on. It's not all home tool related but it's interesting how heavily weighted their list is in that direction.
