All I Can Say

Apparently there is a documentary about Blind Melon singer Shannon Hoon entitled All I Can Say that is derived from his own home video footage. From the looks of the trailer, it seems to be entirely comprised of his own footage; which is pretty remarkable.
I was a big Blind Melon fan - particularly after they released Soup, which was sonically much more up my alley than the debut record that had "No Rain" on it. That said, after Hoon's death the video for "Galaxie" always felt much more troubled in hindsight, an almost literal depiction that he was off the rails.
Regardless, the doc looks good and I'm happy to see that Oscilloscope Labs is releasing it with a bunch of partners so you can purchase it and kick back to your local record store.
