I hit up the Brooklyn Zine Fest this weekend and was greeted with an onslaught of talent from an incredible array of styles. Once such talent was Arielle Jovellanos, an illustrator with an incredible knack for expression and character design. The Illustration and Sequential sets from her official portfolio are not to be missed (also, a bit of Bee and Puppy Cat). She also has a worthwhile blog which I suggest you dive into.
