Blek Le Rat, aka Xavier Prou, is a French graffiti artist that has been stenciling various parts of the world for four decades. His signature piece is a small rat, inconspicuous but impactful, but he's done many larger scale pieces, often lifesize . There's tons of info and history on him over on the official site, along with four decades of work cataloged from the 1980's through the 2010's.

It's very much akin to the work of Banksy, though rarely paired with the direct messages that Banksy includes. If you're into graffiti history and stencil work, this is a gold mine.
