The Dentsu Network site is nuts! They took the parallax effect to the extreme - making multiple layers of content and design elements respond as you scroll. I'm particularly fond of the people count in the Talent portion of the site. Overall, it might be a bit overwhelming but I love the effect and it certainly makes the site memorable.
