There is a fine line between tribute and ripoff - a line that the Doppelganger Design blog keeps an eye on. Some of the entries - usually the magazines - are a tough call because you never know what Art Director or Designer is actually involved in either publication - so it might just be a case of laziness rather than being ripped off but in the case of certain designs, you know it's just an intentional fabrication. An interesting read either way.
