Apparently Arrested Development (the band) is suing Fox because they have a new show entitled... "Arrested Development." It's a sitcom about a rag-tag group of hip-hop artists that break the mainstream with one hit never to be hear from again.. oh wait.. no it's not. No it's not at all. It's not like "Arrested Development" is a phrase that the band came up with - it's part of the English language! I wish that there was one judge that handled all these ridiculous lawsuits and just laughed and pointed at the plaintiff's until they left the courtroom.
