Eager

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of checking out the latest exhibition at the Zeitgeist gallery here in Nashville. One of the collections being shown is States of Matter, a series of sculptures created by women. While the physical pieces were certainly interesting, it was hard to deny the large group of folks gathered around the screening of Allison Schulnik's animation Eager.

If you are not familiar with Schulnik's work, I suggest revisiting this Grizzly Bear video, watching this strange Hobo Clown and then diving into previously mentioned 2014 piece, Eager. Her style is in a class of its own and is something I never tire of.
