Enda O'Donoghue

The short version: Irish artist Enda O'Donoghue collects photos from various Internet outlets, degrades their quality and creates paintings out of them. The results are oddly compelling. There are many things to like: the jpeg compression look, the occasionally vague 8-bit nostalgia feeling it drums up or the voyeuristic nature to it all.
