Seven Videos
Here's this weeks playlist - it's pretty solid if I do say so myself.
  • Scottish Winds - Scotland is getting hit with some crazy winds right now, this video is but a sample of its power. Stay safe you guys!
  • Best Talk Show Ever - yea, you've likely seen this bouncing around the web all week but you know what? You could stand to watch it again and again and again. I do. I never tire of this man's whistling facial expressions, the sheer disbelief on the children's faces and the absolutely bizarre wrap up chat at the end of the performance. It really is the Best Ever.
  • Will Ferrell for Old Milwaukee - for reasons unknown (probably the humor), Will Ferrell has done a series of Old Milwaukee commercials. This one is my favorite but the rest of the series is pretty entertaining, too.
  • Rick Perry "Strong" Remix - you may have seen the awful original but the TopherChris Remix is lightyears better.
  • Serta Trek - this was posted in June so it's probably super old Internet news but it's new to me. In fact, the entire series of Dodd's commercials is new to me. How have I missed these?
  • Louis CK Live at the Beacon Outtake - Louis CK is posting a new standup special on his site tomorrow, Dec 10th, for $5. This is an outtake from said performance.
  • Oran "Juice" Jones - The Rain - you may think you're not into this song but if you stick with it until about 2:22 when Oran "Juice" Jones calls his lady out in the most ridiculous monologue. Heads up via Jeremy.
  • Paul McCartney making mashed potatoes - no joke here.. just 10 minutes of Sir Paul making mashed potatoes. Will you make it through the endurance challenge? I didn't.
BONUS
  • Everything. Part 19 - I've posted about this before but didn't realize the final episode had finally made its way on to Vimeo.
  • c trailer - preview of a new sci-fi movie striving to create a film with loads of special effects sans-cgi / greenscreen. The Kickstarter reached its goal so, hopefully, they'll continue the goodness they've started with the trailer.
  • Michael Kiwanuka - Tell Me a Tale - have you heard this guy? Insanely good. Yea, it sounds 100% like it's straight outta the 1970's but it's perfectly on target. Lovely.
Have a great weekend!
