Greetings web traveler! You want
the playlist for this week? Well, there it is! Here's the breakdown:
- The Shins - Simple Song - the director duo DANIELS did this amazingly epic video for the new Shins track off their forthcoming Port of Morrow. Even if you don't love the music I bet you can't deny an abundance of appreciation for Richard Swift's curly mop of hair.
- Stan Freberg's Banquet Frozen Dinners - Paul said it best in regards to this commercial... "ACTING!"
- Meow! Sad Toy Cats - I feel like I've seen this before but how could I forget about something so absurdly insane? Whatever the case may be - it's timeless in a way that can't be described.
- Blake Anderson's Impression of a Nice Guy - you know what's coming but you will still enjoy it.
- Key & Peele: Dungeons & Dragons - I'll be honest, I fully expected not to enjoy new sketch show Key & Peele but just about everything I've seen so far has been amusing. This sketch in particular. Mildly NSFW language but whatever; too good.
- Le Voyage dans la Lune - have you seen the fully restored / colorized version of Le Voyage dans la Lune set to original music from AIR? It is such a weird piece of work. If you're interested, watch it in its entirety.
- Winnie the Pooh GTA - I can't explain why I find this so hilarious but I think it has a lot to do with the running style of ole Pooh himself.
