FTP client

Okay, so on a semi-work related note, I need people to suggest their preferred FTP client. Currently I'm using SmartFTP and aside from it's 6am - 9pm nag screen, it's also started crashing alot and losing my FTP login information. It goes without saying that this is not cool (or anywhere near acceptable behavior). So, what do you prefer? Please don't suggest Mac clients, CuteFTP, or WS_FTP.. not interested. I've heard Flash FXP is cool...
