The
GIF Hell site aggregates
the most popular GIF's on Twitter right now and archives them. I'm actually not clear on the exact tech behind it but, whatever it is, it makes for a baffling repository of pop culture imagery - most of which seems to be people hurting themselves, amusing cats,occasional pornography, movie references and male teen idols. Lots of those actually. All and all, it's a pretty accurate summary of the Internet.
