HTML link

Anyone know if you can force an HTML link color in a Flash dynamic textbox? I realize that an HTML enabled box will allow for the font color tag, but it'd be rad if you could just set a var, or add something into the object tag possibly. Mike, I know you struggled with this and the modifying of components - any conclusions? Anyone?
