Some definite Flash radness over at Hypen Health. Really fluid movement, smart navigation idea, nice color scheme, and an overall nice presentation of information. The only downside is the rather annoying music loop - definetly could do without that, or at least some options. Love the transitions of images in the Bio's section of Who We Are.. simple, attention to detail, but really effective.
