This Icon Gallery has a load of inspiration within. It's particularly interesting that the quality level of an icon is not indicative of the goodness of the app. Some boring apps have great icons, some phenomenal apps have questionable icons. It's fun to click around and see the icons rather huge, as there are often details you'd never notice otherwise.
