I think I can safely say that I've never seen artwork quite like the works of Javier Gomar Llario, owner of Javier's Blade barber shop. His wildly fluorescent, intricately styled hair pieces seem like a nod to the more audacious hairstyles of the 80's - both in color palette and presentation.
