I'm still browsing through Neither Fish Nor Fowl - the portfolio of Jim Datz - and it's just one impressive piece after another. He has a wide range of styles and has done a ton of stuff for Urban Outfitters (which, like them or not, you've probably seen his great layouts). Be sure to check the Type and Soft Goods portions of work.. lovely stuff in there.
