Le Parkour

I remember seeing some Nike Presto commercials awhile back featuring Le Parkour but I'd never investigated it any further. Apparently there are a ton of videos you can watch. A word of warning, if you watch the "Speed Air Man" video first.. you're doomed to think the rest of the videos pale in comparison (and they do), so maybe you're better off just watching that one.
