Louisa Glenn

Encountered several pieces from Louisa Glenn over the weekend at the Julia Martin Gallery. Her bio says that her work is "focused on modern interpretations of traditional, geometric quilt patterns." There's a clear through-line there with the work on her site but with the newer work there's a growth happening outside of that thinking. The further abstractions of the base concept really work and I'm loving the results.
