Macaw

The promise of an efficient WYSIWYG website builder used to be all the rage. For better or worse, it seems that dream died off because of the terrible code that was generated by the likes of Microsoft Word and Adobe Dreamweaver. Macaw is trying to revive that dream. The software aims to create responsive designs with succinct CSS. I've not used it yet but their site is quite impressive. Definitely could be a great tool for helping people get started with solid web design or for assisting on creating mockups that get transformed into full blown sites.
