Mapzen Lines

Many thanks to Jed for the heads up on this Mapzen piece on Lines. It's simply an exploration of the power of lines, particularly how powerful and diverse they are in regards to map and distilling information. It's the atomic unit of information in this day and age and this particular rundown is oddly beautiful. The "Rhythm Gradient" and "Rome In Stripes" examples seem like total chaos until you understand their context - making just that much more appealing.
