My Scientology Movie

Louis Theroux has a rather entertaining body of work but I was quite entertained by his latest, entitled My Scientology Movie. In it, Theroux hires actors to play specific Scientology members he can't get access to - namely David Miscavige and Tom Cruise. He also recruits ex-Scientology members to help educate and coach the actors on the the more shrouded parts of the religion. His no nonsense, somewhat aloof, personality really makes for some hysterical interactions with actual Scientology members who are not too happy about the project.

While it's not nearly as in-depth or revealing as the Going Clear movie, it's an excellent, highly amusing, accidental companion piece.
