Remember that movie
Twins? Imagine if Danny DeVito was really Gary Coleman and it was a movie about
running for governor. It's a smash hit.. gauranteed.

Great new digs at
Polychrome. Tom Dolan (and crew) have such a great clean design style that is consistently enjoyable. Love seeing the diversity of works of print/web versus the new product designs.

One of my favorite sites updates with a new portfolio. Check out the goods at
LA Graphica. Some of the t-shirts are genius but all of the works are enjoyable.

I find the new
Mars Volta to be surprisingly enjoyable. Sparta is definetly the more straightforward of the two ATDI offshoots.

Great
Photoshop propaganda. They definetly taper off in quality as you get deeper into it, but page 1 has some great works.

Let the weeklong extravaganza of good concerts begin! Tonight - MC Honky /
Eels /
Flaming Lips. Friday,
Bjork. Saturday, I hope to catch
On The Speakers - the other half of Creeper Lagoon has a new band. And then on the 13th,

I know I used that whole "busy at work" excuse last week - but it still stands true. Got a juke to finish by Thurs, two updates for
Dane, and some more stuff for another site. And I'm going out to San Francisco to see
Bjork (and
KNI SF) on Thursday evening, so that puts yet another damper on my browsing time. Hopefully I can post more tonight.

Aside from the rather annoying improper ascii characters, the
Bill Maher Weblog is pretty entertaining.. in that Bill Maher sort of way. Via
ToT (cool log / photolog / artlog from the looks of it).

Alright.. I broke down and added a
news page to the Beard contest, so those of you uninterested in reading about it here.. won't have to anymore.

Are you on the
RIAA Hitlist? The EFF has a handy little form to let you search for your username to see if you got screwed.

I can't express how elated I am that the
Beard Contest now has a
theme song! Yes, thanks to Grant Lindberg, you can now listen to 33 seconds of greatness while you grow your beard. Go get it from
here.

I love it when people design
sites that don't even fit at 1600x1200. Very thoughtful. Irregardless, some interesting polaroids to look at..

Some interesting
Macromedia stats showing how many people have upgraded to the new Flash 6 player. Not bad numbers but I wonder how accurate that is.
