police auctions online?

So is Stealitback.com actually run by Property Bureau? Probably so... but the question remains if Property Bureau is an actual extension of any official law enforcement division. Irregardless of it being stolen goods being sold via police auctions, or just stolen goods being sold via auction.. there are some interesting deals. Link via Chad.
