  • It'll Never Work! - a collection of failed predictions. There are quite a few doozies in here but the two at the bottom regarding computing are certainly not to be missed.
  • How 'OK' took over the world - a nice little writeup on the history of "OK" and it's odd place in language. I had no idea that its origin lay in an 1839 Boston newspaper as a shortening for "all correct." A quick little joke that now injects itself into a lot of every day language.
