Repostage

I was all ready to post about Repostage - an app that monitors your Instagram feed for #repostage tags and then snail mails you physical copies of that image. It's a service I would absolutely use because I'm an old man that likes to put things in photo albums or on the fridge.

But the OAuth trigger is completely broken on their site and they haven't posted anything on their site in over a year. I think it's safe to say they are dead in the water.

Maybe I shouldn't but I love finding little graveyards like this. It's a nice enough looking facade but the internals are empty. This is the equivalent of an abandoned storefront. Some great memories and ideas on the outside but just dust and deadends inside (digitally). Or maybe I'm overthinking it....
