RGB colors

When recording RGB values for a multi-dimensional array, it's best to have tools like this instead of going back and forth into Photoshop. Folks.. appreciate freeware, I mean really.. c'mon. It's 4:30 in the AM and that's all I'm saying.. appreciate freeware.
