Robo.to is an avatar service that takes a quick 4-second video from your webcam and converts it into an animated gif avatar. It is surprisingly well done, easy to use and, assuming you had enough friends to follow, fun to keep up with others. I've posted a few of my own but I'd love it if everyone signed up, befriended each other and we give this thing a real whirl.
