SignalStarr

The work of Signalstarr, aka Nick Stewart Hoyle, is steeped in the whole retro future aesthetic - in other words, most of the work stylistically feels like it's from the 70's or 80's looking towards the far future. Some of the aging of the pieces can get a bit heavy for my taste but it does push the idea that these are relics from the past, not from current times. I particularly enjoy when the subject matter is familiar but presented in an entirely unfamiliar way.
