isn't clued me in to the work of Steve Seeley, a Chicago based artist fusing together Jack Kirby style characters with the absurd. It ranges from the ridiculous to surprisingly poignant to oddly mesmerizing.

I particularly love these cover diptych's in which Seeley fuses recycled comic covers together.
