Take three minutes to watch this great CNN story on The Art of Eye Making. The piece is a profile on Christie Erickson, of Erickson Labs Northwest, that shows her process of creating a false eye. It is beautifully shot and one of the few instances where you hear about a process going from mass production to singular hand-crafted care. I mean, if this image doesn't convince you entirely, you're beyond my reach!
