Practice and Space is a new web series profiling crafts people - those that toil over the difficult tasks. There are only two episodes thus far but the second focuses on Jay Ryan of The Bird Machine. The footage is great - lots of interesting shots of the studio space, the process of the actual creation of the prints and insightful interview footage. There's a great quote in there about exploring bad ideas and holding off on your evaluation of something being bad or good before the body of work is complete. It's pleasant to hear from someone as seemingly Can't Miss as Bird Machine... Go watch the whole thing and keep an ear out for it.
