Every year around this time I revisit the David Argyle Thacker album,
The Mouth Trumpet Christmas Album. I've been listening
since 2012 and the absolute joy of this version of
Jingle Bells has lost zero of its luster.
The only downside of the album is that it's labeled "The first annual" and there's never been a followup. Regardless, I'll take what I can get. Perfection.
