Last week I had the extreme pleasure of hanging out with one Miles Johnson - the man responsible for the works on They Make It In The Basement; a portfolio of works so strong its absolutely jealousy inducing. A quick look through his recent work shows his great attention to detail, simple color palettes and an ability to have a little chaos within the order of the design. It's definitely difficult to pick a favorite category of all the offerings he has at hand but, if forced to, I'd go with his poster work - mostly because I'm a fan of the format and he does it so well.

From a technical standpoint, the site is running on top of jquery / Galleria and it couldn't be a more effective way to present such a phenomenal collection of designs.
