It has been a few years since I checked in on the work of Thomas Danthony. His illustration work continues to embrace a beautiful palette with simple textures and gradients. He also seems to be straying outside of that style into more abstract works and I'm rather excited to see more of such a thing. Basically, it's a win win no matter what he's working on.
