The new
Vine site launched yesterday and I'm a bit intrigued. They're obviously positioning themselves as more of a destination. This will certainly help fuel discovery and maybe push them beyond being viewed as just an App - an app losing a bit of a battle with Instagram video. Oh, and have they always had Playlists or is this a new addition with the relaunch?
