Doing a monthly mix has proved to be a bit too intense for my schedule these days so I decided to dial it back to a quarterly mix. At first, I felt disappointed at committing to only four mixes a year but I can honestly say that I actually ENJOYED putting this one together rather than feeling like I was scrambling. I had plenty more material to draw from and got to really take my time compiling it. When it comes to side project hobbies, that's how it should be.
This also proves that services that Spotify or Rdio will never overtake a fully functioning music collection as a good chunk of this playlist is nowhere on either of these platforms.
